invitation to exhibit
Dear Potential NCBJ Exhibitor,
The 92nd NCBJ (National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges) program will be held October 28-31, 2018 at the Marriott Rivercenter and Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. You are invited to participate this year as an exhibitor.
With more than 1,500 insolvency professionals and judges expected to attend, NCBJ is one of the major nation-wide gatherings for insolvency professionals.
This is your opportunity to interact with some of the most involved professionals in the industry. In addition to the top insolvency professionals and judges, the conference also attracts a number of affiliate organizations, including: AIRA, ACB, IWIRC, ABI, CLLA, NACBA, FBA and ABA.
We have a limited number of exhibitor tables available. All tables are located in high traffic areas, set in two specific locations in the conference area:
“Liquid magnets” are available as a premium exhibiting option. Exhibitors may host beverages purchased from the Marriott Rivercenter or the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, for attendee hospitality in the times between the official breaks. There are two locations where the exhibitor may have their 6-ft display table adjacent to an additional 6-ft table for their hosted beverages. Sorry, no bootleg beverages from the outside allowed, and your company pays for the venue catering. Reserve space now to be sure and get one of the beverage booth locations.

- Lila Cockrell Theatre Foyer – located at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, the theatre is where the Plenary sessions are presented. The attendee breakfasts and other morning educational programs will be held downstairs at the convention center as well. Attendees will walk through the foyer while transiting between plenary and other sessions. Break service will also be provided in the foyer. Twenty-three (23) Exhibitor Tables are available here.
- Registration Hall – primary show registration is at the Marriott Rivercenter. The Welcome Reception, ABA meetings, affiliate breakfast and luncheon educational programs, NCBJ and affiliate committee meetings, and special afternoon educational programs are being conducted at the Marriott Rivercenter. Twenty-two (22) Exhibitor Tables are available here.
- Dual Location Package – exhibitors have the opportunity to display at both locations at a special package price. We anticipate that exhibitors taking advantage of this special offer would display at the convention center in the morning, and in the afternoon at the hotel. They may also opt to staff their tables beginning at 7am at the Marriott so they can interact with attendees who are participating in affiliate breakfast programs.
A small additional fee secures two exhibit booth locations, one in each venue. NCBJ will provide wagons and staff support to move any supplies that will fit in a wagon (no tall banners or monitors) between the two locations. Electrical service (if desired) will be included in the package price at the convention center location, if your company contracts for electrical service at the Marriott, based on availability.
