NCBJ Online Bankruptcy Learning brings you varied options for distance learning:
- Free Podcasts - new 15 - 30 minute podcasts by judges and insolvency experts added monthly
- On Demand recorded programs - some programs offer CLE credit from states that allow credit for recorded programs. Consult your state bar or courts for rules on CLE credit for recorded programs as self-study and self-reporting. Come for the credit or just for the education. Newer programs have fee-based access.
- Live Webinars - scheduled 90-minute programs presented by judges and insolvency experts are offered throughout the year. Each session includes Q & A with the presenters, written materials and access to the webinar PowerPoint. NCBJ applies for webinar CLE credit which is generally granted from states that require CLE credits. There are exceptions, most notably Kansas (no distance learning is approved) and Pennsylvania, where NCBJ does not meet all prerequisites.
