Rooms booked through the NCBJ website do not have the normally mandatory $30/night Destination Fee added to the cost of the stay. The NCBJ rate is lower than any rate you will find online! Reservations require a one night deposit at the time of booking and the deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 72 or more hours before the date of arrival.

The NCBJ group rate is available now through September11th at midnight or whenever certain days or the whole NCBJ block sells out, whichever comes first. We expect that Tuesday, Oct 13 and Saturday 17th will sell out quickly. American College of Bankruptcy and IWIRC programs begin on Tuesday afternoon, ABA’s CLE education and many ACB and IWIRC programs are on Wednesday. The Welcome Reception is 5:30 – 7:30pm on Wednesday.

Come on Tuesday, October 13th and stay through Saturday, October 17th so you don’t miss the Saturday afternoon NCBJ Sailing Regatta. Ten sail boats with conference participant crew and a licensed captain will be vying for bragging winner’s rights. The NCBJ 2020 community service financial education program at the Veterans’ Center is also on Saturday afternoon. This inspiring facility delivers a full service program to help veterans become independent and productive citizens in a new role in life. If you are not a sailor, please consider staying Saturday afternoon or overnight so you can experience a “community give back” that will be very satisfying.

MARINA RESERVATIONS
Yacht-sized dock skips are available for up to 55 ft. vessels. Vessel owners should contact the Marina for reservations on the 1st of the month, 4 months before the month of the reservation – call July 1st for October reservation. The slip fee is $ 3 per foot and $ 135 a night minimum. No tax, 30 & 50 amp power and water on the dock for each slip. Call 619-230-8957 for reservations. The hotel marina does not have a guest/courtesy dinghy dock. The number of nightly rental slips is limited, so it is critical to call the morning of July 1st to try for an October reservation.
