CLE and CPE Reporting 2021
NCBJ manages CLE and CPE reporting for all educational sessions except ABA sessions. Course approval has been applied for and a Certificate of Attendance will be supplied via email for approved courses, which may vary by state. Certificates of Attendance for up to two (2) states will be distributed via email. Report your attendance online via your Affidavit of Attendance by Friday, November 5 at 5 pm PT. The affidavit will come from MCLE-NCBJ@americanbar.org and we suggest you white list this email address so it does not go to your spam folder. If you fail to submit your attendance by that time, you are responsible for self-reporting and paying any fee(s) to your state(s).
ABA manages CLE reporting for all ABA sessions. If you have questions regarding ABA, contact Rachelle Meo.
During the Conference
In-Person Attendees should sign in and out each day of the conference. Many states have just revised their CLE policies so NCBJ is erring on the side of caution and asking all CLE and CPE seekers to follow this new protocol. Sign in sheets will be on tables near NCBJ Registration on the Third Floor at the JW Marriott. Sign in sheets are white for CLE and multi colored for CPE.
Virtual Attendees do not have to report their attendance as the virtual system does that automatically.
Post Conference
In-Person Attendees: You will receive and email from MCLE-NCBJ@americanbar.org with a link to your affidavit. Report your attendance online by November 5, 2021 at 5 pm PT.
Virtual Attendees: Certificate(s) of Attendance will be emailed to you. Please allow up to one month for receipt.
