NCBJ 95th Annual Conference has two official host hotels – the J W Marriott tower and in a wing of the same building, a Courtyard by Marriott. Both hotels’ guest rooms have indoor elevator and hallway connections to the JW Marriott meeting space.

The NCBJ group rates for a standard JW Marriott guest room is $249 plus tax or $291.33 a night . The Courtyard guest rooms are $198 plus tax or $ 231 a night.

Reservations require a one night deposit by credit card or check at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 72 or more hours before the date of arrival.The group block closes SUNDAY September 5th of Labor Day weekend – that is 30 days before the conference. Reservation after the group cut-off date, if available, will be at higher rates. The NCBJ rates are guaranteed if a guest room is available and booked before the group cut-off date. King and Queen-Queen bedded rooms are available in both hotels and will be assigned on the day you check in at 4 pm.
