Flight connectivity
The Indianapolis International Airport is located off I-70 via exit 68, just five minutes west of I-465. The address is 7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241

IND averages 145 flights per day from 50 nonstop destinations allowing attendees to focus on the fun of the event and not the stress of travel.

Checkpoint Opening Times
All Concourse A/B gates are accessible from either checkpoint, simply use the Concourse Connector after going through either security checkpoint and proceed to your designated gate.
Checkpoint A: 3:30 a.m.
Checkpoint B: 4:15 a.m

TSA Pre✓™ passengers should proceed to Checkpoint A. TSA Pre✓™ passengers who prefer to receive screening on Checkpoint B can receive expedited screening, leave shoes and light outerwear on and remove 3-1-1 compliant liquids, gels and laptops.

As part of TSA screening assistance, TSA Cares is a helpline that provides travelers with disabilities, medical conditions and other special circumstances additional assistance during the security screening process.

Luggage carts are located in Baggage Claim and at the Terminal Garage for a nominal fee. Cash or credit is accepted.

Real ID Overview
Beginning Oct. 1, 2021, a Real ID-compliant driver’s license, permit, or identification card will be required to board commercial airplanes or enter certain federal facilities unless you present a Department of Homeland Security-approved document. A Real ID meets federal government requirements for driver’s licenses, identification cards, and learner’s permits.

Do you already have a Real ID? If you have a star in the upper right-hand corner of your driver’s license, permit, or identification card, you have a Real-ID compliant license.

To upgrade to Real ID, all customers must visit a DMV branch in the state that issued the license and bring the required documents. Only original versions or certified copies of the required documents will be accepted.

Ground transportation
Eight rental car operations and the Ground Transportation Center (where information about limousine, shuttle bus, hotel courtesy vehicles and other transportation services such as IndyGo bus service can be obtained) are located on the first floor of the attached parking garage. All pick-ups and drop-offs of rental vehicles also occur here, eliminating the need for shuttling customers to and from individual companies' remote processing facilities. The five-floor parking garage covers 11 acres (4.5 ha) on each of its levels. It features a light-filled center atrium complete with a piece of suspended artwork and contains moving sidewalks to speed pedestrians into and out of the terminal building itself.

Free Wi-Fi & Charging
IND offers fast and free Wi-Fi! No ads, no login. Just like at home, connect and go at 'IND_PUBLIC_WIFI'. Recent upgrades have boosted speeds 8-10 times faster than major U.S. airports.

Guests can also find charging stations throughout the terminal, as well as under-the-seat charging ports.
