What Better Place to Get Back On Track than Indianapolis Motor Speedway?
Join the insolvency industry for an “It’s About Time to Get Social!” experience. Take a hot lap on the track, kiss the start/finish line bricks, hangout trackside, sit in the ultra-VIP seats in three floors of the glass Pagoda Owner’s Suites, take Winners Circle or the Indy 500 giant silver trophy photos, test if you fit in an Indy race car and more. Experience being trackside on the apron reserved for teams and top race day sponsors and the view of 300,000 seats surrounding the historic track.
The schedule is flipped this year, with the Welcome Reception on Thursday late afternoon, instead of Wednesday night. Air flight schedules are still reduced, and NCBJ does not want anyone to miss out on the fun. Wear your NCBJ Conference Badge and Close Toed Shoes for admission, track snacks and hosted bar hospitality.
As soon as the Thursday luncheons conclude and you earned the last CLE’s of the day, the limited capacity, socially distanced seating in deluxe coaches will depart the JW Marriott at 3:30, 4:00 and 4:30 pm for the fast 15 minute-run to the IMS track complex. If you miss the bus, grab an Uber and head to Gate 2 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, then enter the Reception at the Pagoda. The event is 4-7pm ‘til the sun goes down, on this classic, no lights tarmac.
The coaches will return to the JW Marriott from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in plenty of time for your dinner reservations at the amazing selection of locally-owned gastro pubs and restaurants. From craft beer and bar favorites, authentic Italian, Midwest fresh to upscale dining, the culinary community is ready to Wow you.
