Thank you for registering for the NCBJ Annual Conference in Indianapolis, IN. The NCBJ is committed to the health and safety of our member judges, our NCBJ staff and service providers, our affiliates and all those that attend our conference, as well as their families. Our affiliates fully endorse this policy and many have adopted it independently.
In light of the August 30, 2021 reports by the CDC of 38 to 61 % vaccination rate across the United States and the continuing positivity of the COVID-19 Delta variant, for the health and safety of all in-person attendees, guests, NCBJ and vendor staff, NCBJ Executive Committee has decided to require that each registrant provide proof of full vaccination or a negative PCR test dated within the 4 days of arrival at the Indianapolis October 2021 conference.
In compliance with CDC recommendations, masks will be required indoors for all participants. In accordance with federal requirements, masks are required on bus transportation. The JW Marriott follows the Marriott Clean policies of enhanced cleaning and disinfection, reduced contact throughout the hotel, modified catering practices and masks for hotel staff.
Masks are not required when eating or drinking indoors and are optional at the outdoor portion of functions.
Complimentary disposable paper masks will be available, and you are encouraged to bring your own. Masks are included in registration bag safety kits. NCBJ is following 3-ft social distancing furniture arrangement. Fist and elbow bumps are preferred. We’ll look forward to handshakes and hugs returning in Orlando '22.

Your CDC vaccination record card picture is required, and submitted via upload to NCBJ beginning September 3rd. Cards are reviewed for registrant name match and document correctness, but are not shared or retained long term. PCR antibody tests are the only accepted test results. Upload your documentation using the form below.
You can bring proof of your vaccination or PCR negative test to the conference, if unable to provide by uploading in advance, on-site presentation will result in delayed service in picking up your badge.
