By registering for the Conference, I grant the program organizers and the conference affiliate organizations permission to use my personal information for event and hotel guestroom block management, event payment, public recognition as an event registrant, submission of CLE and/or CPE credit reporting and for NCBJ’s distribution of my name, company and contact information to NCBJ conference exhibitors and to other NCBJ-approved insolvency-related entities for at-conference hospitality invitations. I also grant permission for pictures or video of me to be captured and distributed at and after the conference in connection with NCBJ marketing and educational program content distribution by any means. When registering for any NCBJ educational program, registration constitutes an opt-in to receive future messages regarding NCBJ educational programs. The NCBJ licensed Cvent® registration software offers the option to opt-out of future messages. When opting out, all future messages from Cvent® are blocked, which may include messages related to the program(s) you are currently registered to attend. Zoom® webinar registration software may not offer an opt-out feature.
