The NCBJ group rate for a standard guest room is $249 plus tax ($280.33)/night and includes basic WiFI; several upgrade options are available to enhance your hotel experience.

Daily Resort Fee – Please read carefully
When booking through the NCBJ link, the hotel’s daily Resort Fee of $35/day ($39.38 including tax) is optional. If you opt in at time of booking, the Resort Fee will be applied to each night of your reservation and cannot be removed. Alternatively, you can add the Resort Fee any day of your stay and it will continue through the end of your stay. Resort Fee includes:

• Enhanced in-room wireless internet for up to 6 devices
• Daily scheduled shuttle service to Disney Parks for up to 4 guests
• Nightly scheduled shuttle service to Disney Springs Restaurants for up to 4 guests
  (All shuttles require a seat reservation, suggested to be made a day in advance.)
• A bucket of golf balls and use of rental clubs at driving range daily for up to 4 guests

Only book through the link above – do not go through the hotel’s website or 800 number – you cannot access the special NCBJ rate those ways. The NCBJ rate may be available pre- and post- conference, based on availability. Reservations require a one night deposit by credit card or check at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 72 or more hours before the date of arrival. The NCBJ group block closes Saturday, September 24th. Reservations after September 24, if available, will be at higher rates. The NCBJ rates are guaranteed if a guest room is available and booked before the group cut-off date. King and Queen-Queen bedded rooms are available and will be assigned on the day you check in at 4 pm; you can note your bed preference on your reservation but it is not guaranteed.
