NCBJ manages CLE & CPE credit reporting for all ABI, AIRA, CLLA , FBA, and NCBJ programs at the conference. NCBJ will issue CLE (law) Certificates; AIRA will issue CPE (accounting) Certificates.
NCBJ submits applications and educational materials to each state that require CLE credits. NCBJ cannot predict when any specific state will approve or deny a program. We assume that the combination of all programs scheduled October 8 – 11, 2017 in Las Vegas will offer at least 17 CLE credits. Due to concurrent/overlapping programs, any individual is only likely to earn about 12 credits max.
ABA administers the CLEs for their programs at the NCBJ conference. All NCBJ attendees may “sit in” the ABA programs for no credit. However, you must pay the ABA “Materials and CLE” fee to receive access to the written materials and receive CLE credit for any ABA programs. This is an optional fee that may be paid to ABA as part of the NCBJ registration process.

HOW TO REPORT YOUR ATTENDANCE & RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
At Conference CLE: Nine states (California, Delaware, Indiana, Maine, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania) require that you sign in and out each day of the program. Sign-In/out at NCBJ Registration.
At Conference CPE: Daily Sign In is mandatory for all states. Sign-In/out at NCBJ Registration.
Post Conference CLE & CPE: Submit your attendance on the Affidavit of Attendance via NCBJ’s online system on this website by Wednesday, November 1, 2017, by 11:59 pm PT.
To Submit Your Attendance Data:
Once NCBJ has received and processed your online Affidavit of Attendance, you will receive a state-specific Certificate of Attendance by email. Certificates are sent out in batches by state, so if you are seeking CLE credit in more than one state, you will receive more than one email. Instructions for use of the Certificate of Attendance are printed on each form. Within 30 days of the end of the meeting, NCBJ will submit a report of your attendance to the following states: AL, AR, DE, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MS, NC, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA and WV. For all other states, you will use the printout of the sessions you attended along with the Certificate(s) of Attendance to report your credit.
For the states where NCBJ does not report your attendance, the Certificates of Attendance may be sent to you up to 60 days after the meeting. Please let us know if you have a CLE reporting deadline that would require earlier receipt of your Certificate.
